There is no contact form here on purpose. A form collects your details into a database we would then have to look after; an email address does not.

Corrections

These are the ones we read first. Prices move, timetables are cut, and museums change their closing day. If something on this site is out of date or wrong, telling us is the most useful thing you can do with this address.

It helps if you can include:

• The page it is on, and the figure or claim as we currently have it.
• What it should say instead.
• Where you saw the correct version. An operator's own site or the venue's own page is ideal, since that is what we check against.

We do not need you to be certain. "This did not match what I paid in June" is a perfectly good message and has caught real errors.

Everything else

• Questions about a route. What a route assumes, or whether it works at a different time of year.
• Photograph credits and licensing. Images are used under their Wikimedia Commons licences and credited beneath each one. If a credit is wrong or your work is misattributed, please tell us and we will fix it quickly.
• Press, partnerships and commercial enquiries. Worth reading how we make money first. Paid placement is not something we sell.

What to expect

This is a small site run by one person, so replies are not instant. Corrections are usually made faster than they are acknowledged: if you report a wrong fare, the page may well be fixed before you get an answer.
